How does your organisation respond to these challenges?

  • Are you customer-facing?
  • Are you driven by demand or supply?
  • Does your technology serve your  business or the other way around?
  • Is key data contained in spreadsheets?
  • Are your systems superficial or do they promote real customer satisfaction and  genuine operational efficiency?
