We offer flexible equity involvement using Call and Put Options.
Thereafter an exclusive distribution license is agreed and a timeframe set. MLS Ventures will establish an operating company with remit to apply the agreed plan.
The client company retains the right to buy back its interest in the technology or product, through cash or paper, according to agreed options.
Further on, there is potential to acquire the trading company which will have sales and marketing presence in new markets.
MLS Ventures are incentivised by a quasi-equity reward, linked to performance.
